Our VIP Club is built for the most loyal players. As you bet you earn Points that carry you up through loyalty tiers. Each Level unlocks rewards from exclusive bonuses and special promotions to personalised support.

All registered Metaspins players automatically join the VIP Club.

To Level Up, reach the progress threshold for the next Level. Each Level has its own threshold, and your progress comes from real-money play. Some games and eligible sports bets move you up faster than others. Climbing Levels raises your Rakeback and Lossback amounts, and unlocks new perks. When you Level Up, claim your Level-Up Reward with a single click from the Rewards section.

None: every registered player is automatically in the club. Just spin, bet, and play your favourite games to start earning points and claiming your rewards.

Track your progress at the top of the Loyalty page. You’ll see your current Level, Points, progress toward the next Level and the next reward you can unlock.

Points come from your real-money play. Different games contribute to your progress at different rates, and eligible sportsbook bets count at an enhanced rate toward your next Level. The more you play, the quicker you climb.

Rakeback is credited every hour based on your eligible play and stacks into one claimable reward. Based on how much you play and the RTP of the games you like, we give you up to 15% of our theoretical advantage in Rakeback. Your Rakeback lands every hour and stacks into a single reward.

When you claim it, you get the Coin Flip, an opportunity to double it. Heads or tails? Win and you can keep it or gamble again; three winning flips in a row multiply your Rakeback by up to 8x.

Weekly Lossback gives you a percentage of your losses back each week. The higher your VIP level, the better your Lossback rate.

Your Daily Bonus is waiting inside your daily Lootbox. Open it every day to reveal a reward based on your Loyalty level and recent play.

Your Monthly Bonus is an extra reward based on your VIP level and recent play. The more you level up and play, the better your rewards can get.

All casino real money bets contribute to your Points, with the rate determined by each game’s RTP (Return to Player) percentage. The lower the game’s RTP, the higher the Points multiplier.

Eligible sports bets also earn Points based on the conditions shown below.

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in our VIP Club. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

The VIP Club is open to all registered users of Metaspins.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and comply with all local laws regarding online gambling.

2. Points Accumulation and Level-Up Progress

Points and Level-Up progress are earned through eligible casino and sportsbook wagering activities on the site.

Casino wagering contributes to level-up progress at rates that vary by game. Every eligible real-money casino bet earns progress toward your next Level, but different games may contribute at different rates. Eligible sportsbook wagers also contribute towards level-up progress. To qualify towards level-up progress, a sports bet must meet all of the following criteria:

a. The bet was placed with real money and was not placed as a free bet.

b. The bet has been settled as a win or a loss.

c. The bet was not cashed out.

d. The bet was placed at total odds of 1.10 or greater.

Settled sportsbook bets contribute at an enhanced rate of 250% towards level-up progress: a 1 USD eligible bet counts as 2.50 USD towards your next Level.

A sportsbook bet that has not yet been settled does not count towards level-up progress and is only considered once it has been settled.

Bets placed on prediction markets are excluded from the VIP Club and do not contribute towards level-up progress, Lossback, or any other reward.

3. VIP Levels and Benefits

Participants will progress through various VIP levels based on eligible real-money wagering. Each level offers specific rewards, including but not limited to bonus offers and exclusive promotions.

Rakeback is credited every hour, with 0x wagering, and accumulates into a single claimable reward. The reward is available to claim for 24 hours from when it is created; this window is set at creation and does not extend as further amounts accumulate. Claiming a reward starts a fresh cycle.

Sportsbook wagers do not contribute towards the Rakeback.

The Weekly Lossback will be awarded to players every Saturday at 1pm UTC. It will be based on wagering done in the previous 7 days e.g. from 1pm UTC the Saturday before to 12:59:59 PM UTC the current Saturday.

Eligible sportsbook wagers also contribute towards the Weekly Lossback amount. To qualify towards Weekly Lossback, a sports bet must be placed with real money and not as a free bet, be settled as a win or loss, and be placed at total odds of 1.10 or greater.

For Weekly Lossback purposes, a settled sportsbook bet is allocated to the reward period in which it was settled, based on the bet's settlement date and time, not the date the bet was placed. For example, a bet placed on 27 September but settled on 12 October will be included in the Weekly Lossback for the week of 12 October, not the week of 27 September.

A sportsbook bet that has not yet been settled is not included in the Weekly Lossback calculation and is only considered once it has been settled.

The player's Lossback Rate is based on the player's VIP level. The higher the VIP level, the higher the Lossback Rate.

Both Rakeback and Weekly Lossback will be visible to players as reward cards inside their Rewards Panel.

Benefits associated with each level are detailed on our VIP Club page. If any form of misuse or abuse is detected, Metaspins reserves the right to declare all benefits void.

4. Modification of Terms

Metaspins reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the casino's website. Your continued participation in the Program following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

5. VIP Status Maintenance

Metaspins reserves the right to remove any player from the VIP Club due to non-compliance with our terms of service or any suspected fraudulent activity.

Once a VIP Tier is achieved, that tier is retained. However, certain perks are available only to active players. To keep enjoying active-player perks, a player must have wagered at least $90,000 (or equivalent) during the previous 90 days. If this activity requirement is not met, applicable active-player perks may be suspended until the requirement is met again.

6. Termination and Effects of Termination

Participants may exit the VIP Club at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, any unredeemed points or pending rewards will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Metaspins is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participating in the VIP Club, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the VIP Club will be resolved at the discretion of Metaspins. Decisions made by Metaspins are final and binding.
