General Bonus Terms:

• Participants may only receive the promotional benefit once per deposit per individual offer, unless otherwise stated.
• These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions and campaigns offered from time to time and form part of the General Terms and Conditions. Promotions will also have specific terms applicable to them stated within the offer.
• Bonus play can begin only when your Real Money is depleted. If you make a Real Money withdrawal, you will forfeit your Bonus balance and all unclaimed bonus tokens in your Rewards section.
• All bonus money will contribute towards Leveling Up.
• All bonus wagering is calculated on bonus and deposit as a total.
• The maximum wager when a Bonus is pending, or actively being turned over is $5 per spin or currency equivalent. You may lose your winnings if you do not follow this rule.
• If a Player attempts to turn over their Casino bonus or use of bonus spins while their Real Money is locked in Pending or unsettled Bets, this will be considered as an abuse of the promotion and a breach of our Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to withhold winnings resulting during such activity.
• The Company reserves the right to void winnings as a result of wagering with an active bonus where a value, or part of a value, has been built up by you and subsequently activated with real money once the promotion has been completed or cancelled.
• A bonus is only valid once per Account/household/IP address/device. Should we have grounds to link two or more accounts are linked together where bonuses or benefits have been claimed, we reserve the right to cancel any related transaction, any bonus or any other promotion without prejudice to any other action.
• Bonus money will expire 7 days after being awarded to you, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.
• Bonuses cannot be added to existing transactions. In order to claim a bonus, you must first opt into that bonus to be eligible to claim it. • You must not engage in any activity which is intended to take unfair advantage of a Bonus. • If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bonus is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people acting in concert, then it may withdraw the availability of any Bonus or all Bonuses to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the Bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.
• The Company reserves the right to confiscate any winnings obtained as a result of a faulty bonus set up, human error or other errors out of our control.
• Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement of at least 25x. This means that the Bonus must be staked 25 times before any potential Winnings are converted into Real Money.
